At Shaya Enterprises, we take great care in ensuring that every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.
• The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of receipt of the product.
   

Return Process

• To initiate a return, please email us at [enterprisesshaya@gmail.com] or WhatsApp us with:
  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the damaged/broken product 
  • Date of receipt 
• Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us securely and in its original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
   

Refunds

• A full refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and verified.
   

Non-Returnable Items

• Products opened, used, or returned beyond the 3-day window will not be eligible for return or refund. 
• Saffron is a food-grade product, so we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or breakage due to safety and hygiene concerns.
